Sweet Sovereign Summer
Women's Retreat

July 18th - 21st

Sweet Sovereign Summer is a sacred women's retreat where we take a deep dive into the root + sacral chakra energies - where survival, emotional  connection, creativity and passion find their source. When these energy systems are in balance we experience feelings of connection, abundance, pleasure and joy. When out of balance (often unconsciously) we find ourselves in fight or flight, emotionally unstable, and blocked creatively.

During our retreat, we’ll embark on a journey to rediscover these powerful sources within ourselves. Through guided meditations, experiential activities, embodied movement, and group coaching sessions, we’ll tap into the innate wisdom of our bodies and deepen our connection to the guiding forces of intuition. This is a journey of a life time - deep, raw, real and transformative.

Join us under the full moon of Capricorn, as we bask in the glow of summer, cultivating a deeper connection to our feminine essence while being nourished, supported, and empowered on the journey towards greater self-awareness, deep sovereignty and true inner harmony.

Immersive Herbal Adventure

August 3rd - 11th,  2, 4 or 8 day course

With one of the most proficient herbalists in the US, we are deeply honored to have Keith Hess leading an immersive 2,4 or full 8 day Herbal adventure. This course will happen amid some wild lake country. Students will meet and work with such wonderful medicinal plants as partridgeberry, Chaga, ghost pipe, Eyebright, skullcap and cranberries to mention a few. Students will go home with lots of herbal tinctures they have personally hand harvested and prepared, an invaluable education.

This 2 day, 4 day or 8 day adventure begins Saturday 8/2 9am - Sunday 5pm, and  8/10 9am - 8/11 5pm. Students will arrive the night prior to settle into their rooms and orientation. Weekend students will stay at the Tao Life Lodge. Those students that stay on for the full 8 day deep dive herbal foraging trip, will  venture into the woods for a 5 day and night backpacking immersive trip, returning back to the lodge for the final weekend.   Students may take one,  two or all three parts to this course.
