These monthly "house" retreats are designed to be an affordable, engaging, get-away bringing us back to our natural state of balance. Every 4th weekend of the month we're offering these special retreats which include variations of: 1: Engaging the body: yoga, hiking, swimming, sauna 2: Connecting to the soul: meditation, group circle, forest bathing 3: Learning practical skills: using our hands to create, build and learn 4: Healing meals made together + communal dining 5: Community connection with lots of laughter Following the Tao weekend retreats are coed and open to all.
